Italian Cuisine (Business sponsor licence)

Italian cuisine is a restaurant looking to employ foreign migrant workers as specialist chefs. Having advertised in the UK on several occasions they had been unsuccessful in securing the correct candidate for the role.

We assisted the restaurant in making an application seeking a business sponsor licence enabling them to employ foreign migrant workers.

The restaurant was a small family business and once we started working with them we found that documents such as job roles and descriptions were not in place. We worked closely with a HR specialist who assisted them in ensuring all policies ad processes were in place and robustly followed including how to conduct right to work checks, the documents that need to be copied, how to report change in circumstances to UK Visas and Immigration and how to record visa expiry dates.

We are pleased to report the application was successful and the company was issued with a business sponsor licence enabling them to employ foreign migrant workers to fill the vacancies.
